Don’t Remain Humble

Those exemplifying greatness by getting up every day and with the heart of a warrior and the soul of God continue to do so. Most people don’t want to see you doing any better than them.
Most of those people love the cliche term, “remain humble.”
This is true, but there is an extent of that meaning. Most individuals do not want to be reminded that they aren’t doing or can’t do what they want to do because of themselves.
No one wants to be reminded that they are bullshitting themselves especially when it is the truth.
Shawn Carter famously known as Jay-Z once said, “They gon try to dim your lights tell you be humble.”
That is a true statement, but personally speaking, talk your shit! It means more when you earn it. You don’t have to remain humble for anyone but God.
Those people who are watching and inspired are the individuals that count because they will be next to follow and consistently sculpt themselves to become better and live out their dreams. Shine as bright as you can because if they could, they would.
Not saying to throw it in people’s faces but if they are already hating and waiting for your downfall everything you do is already golden.
