Art is simply the expression of one's thoughts, perceptions, ideas, beliefs, creativity, and passion. Art also represents the world's various realms through an artist'artist'seyes'Art also means time, history, progression, and change. Though there are many art forms, particular art forms connect with different cultures, religions, and time(s). Tracey Rose, a South African contemporary artist, has created art ranging from photographs, video installations, and performances that highlight and expound on the issues, sexualization, and stereotypes set upon women, in addition to exploring faults in humanity.

Tracey Rose's Rose's Lucie's Fur version: Adam and Yves is one of her oldest photographs and works that highlight the question and origin of humanity. In the photo, there are two black men, one in front walking out of the wilderness and one behind following. The image is the exact representation of Adam and Eve in the Holy Bible. Both men have no clothes and are only covered with natural world plants. In addition, the looks on the men's show that they are unaware of the apparent world around them indicating how men can not understand who they are, what they are, and how they became.
